OxSiCoat™ Thermal properties
While thermal properties are difficult to be characterise the video link below shows dramatically how OxSiCoated aluminium can be heated to the point that the substrate softens and melts away without substantial damage to the coating itself. After experiencing extreme heat the transparent qualities (although with some debris remaining from the melted aluminium) of the undamaged coating are clearly visible.
